If you’re looking for practical guidance on how your church can actively demonstrate that Christians care for God’s earth, then join us for the Eco Church conference. Whether your church has registered with the Eco Church award scheme, or is completely new to the idea, we welcome everyone to come along and find out more.
The conference will be held in two venues, London and Sheffield, and is hosted by A Rocha UK in partnership with Shrinking the Footprint. This is an opportunity for representatives from churches of all denominations to come together to share and learn about protecting nature and caring for God’s earth.
Tickets are free, and available online using the links below.
The conference will include seminars and surgeries from our contributors with opportunities for delegates to ask questions, get advice from the experts and hear how other churches have won an Eco Church Award.
Contributors include: A Rocha UK CEO Andy Atkins, A Rocha UK Conservation Director Andy Lester, Bishop of Kingston Rt Rev Richard Cheetham, A Rocha International Director of Theology Rev Dave Bookless, Tearfund Global Advocacy and Influencing Director Dr Ruth Valerio and Historic England Senior Architectural Conservator Robyn Pender.
